Private Lessons
We specialize in 1 on 1 AND group private lessons for all abilities.
Whether you’re a beginner surfer wanting some extra hands on help or an Advanced surfer wanting to fine tune your technique (or anywhere in between), we tailor our private lessons to fit your needs.
Private lessons run for 90 minutes and are by appointment only, starting from $130 for one person and $30 per extra person.

Weekend Group Surf Lessons
Our SunSmart Learn To Surf weekend sessions are 120-minute surf lessons done in small groups (maximum of 8 students per coach). We run these sessions primarily at Trigg Beach and move to North Mullaloo for the winter months with all equipment required to get you surfing provided!
Designed for teens and adults, you can choose to have a single session just to give it a go or purchase multiple lessons at a discounted rate. Select the dates that work best for you and if you need to make any changes to your booking just give us a call! (48 hours notice needed)
Please note – Participants under 13 years old are better suited to our kids program.

Holiday Program
Keen to kick off your surfing career, start a new healthy hobby or just want to spend a holiday in the ocean surrounded by surfers? Our SunSmart learn to surf holiday courses are just what you’re looking for and represent great value. One four-day course (2 hours each day with all equipment included) will leave you with a life experience you’ll never forget.
Lessons are held in small groups (maximum of 8 students per coach), you will be split into a group based on your age and skill level to maximize your learning and overall experience.
The course is ideal for teens and adults alike! Those aged 12 and under are best suited to our Kids Holiday Program.

Intermediate Training Squad
Whether you’ve just finished Level 5 of our SurfGroms program or you’re under 18 and simply wanting to take your surfing to the next level, this training option is for you.
Our intermediate squad is not just for elite surfers. It’s for any surfer who has mastered the basics and is ready to progress their skills. We offer a regular training program with Level 2 coaches for those looking to advance their skills and technique. The sessions involve a range of in and out of water activities which utilise cross training drills and equipment such as Smoothstar skateboards (provided) to progress surfers.
In order to join the intermediate squad, you’ll need to first book in an assessment time.
